Impact

Most of what I’m proud of was built by teams, not by me alone. This page collects key numbers from each role and public coverage of the products and platforms my teams delivered, with links to the original sources.

At Collabrios Health (2025–present)

At Collabrios Health I lead engineering, security, quality and IT for a platform trusted by more than 125 PACE centers nationwide. Since I joined in 2025, our teams have completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit, launched a public Trust Center, built tenant-aware B2B2C authentication with Descope, and introduced AI products including Collabrios Intelligence and Ambient Scribe.

  • Improved engineering efficiency by about 1.6x by moving our engineering and business teams to AI-first delivery.
  • Cut product launches to less than a quarter with a handful of engineers, work that previously took teams of 7–10 people 12–18 months.

  • Launched Ambient Scribe, AI-assisted clinical documentation that reduces clinician documentation time by 45%.
